All bookings made with Dutch Private Tours are non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations or refunds after a booking has been confirmed.
However, we understand that travel plans can change. That is why we offer the option to reschedule your tour to a different date, free of charge, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the original booking date. Rebooking is subject to availability.
Requests to reschedule made less than 14 days before the tour date cannot be accommodated. No-shows will not be eligible for rebooking.
