1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all bookings and services provided by Dutch Private Tours, operated by I.T.C. B.V., based in the Netherlands. By making a booking with Dutch Private Tours, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Our Services
Dutch Private Tours provides private sightseeing tours and airport transfers throughout the Netherlands, including transportation to and from Schiphol Airport. All tours and transfers are fully private — no other passengers will share your vehicle.
3. Role of Dutch Private Tours
Dutch Private Tours acts exclusively as an intermediary between the client and independent third-party service providers, including private drivers and tour operators (hereinafter: “subcontractors”). Dutch Private Tours arranges and coordinates bookings on behalf of these subcontractors but does not itself provide the transportation or tour services.
The contract for the actual execution of the service is between the client and the relevant subcontractor.
4. Bookings and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full. After confirmation, you will receive a booking summary by email. Our driver will contact you the day before your tour to confirm the pickup time and address.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details, pickup address, and travel information at the time of booking. Dutch Private Tours cannot be held responsible for delays or missed pickups caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are fixed and include VAT where applicable. There are no hidden costs, no surcharges for traffic delays, and no extra charges for fuel. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay.
Payments are processed securely through Mollie. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
6. Cancellation and Rebooking
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We offer a free rebooking option, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the original tour date and subject to availability. Rebooking requests made less than 14 days before the tour date cannot be accommodated. No-shows are not eligible for rebooking.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
7. Changes by Dutch Private Tours
In exceptional circumstances — such as severe weather, road closures, or force majeure events — Dutch Private Tours reserves the right to modify or reschedule a tour. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date at no extra cost.
8. Conduct During the Tour
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and vehicle. Dutch Private Tours reserves the right to end a tour without refund if a passenger’s behaviour endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers, or causes damage to the vehicle.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles.
9. Liability
Dutch Private Tours accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from the execution of transportation or tour services by subcontractors.
All liability for the execution of services — including but not limited to accidents, delays, personal injury, property damage, or missed connections — rests solely with the subcontractor providing the service.

10. Lost Property
Dutch Private Tours is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. If you believe you have left an item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to assist in recovering it.
11. Privacy
Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of executing your booking and communicating with you about your tour. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from bookings or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.
